Recognising our clients' need to manage service accounts efficiently we partnered with Silverfort as the market leading solution, which complements our customers' PAM solutions to extend security to service accounts and allows them to extend MFA to systems where they were previously not able to.

Having added two of Switzerland's most senior experts on network security and Infoblox in particular to our team we reached Infoblox Sapphire partner status.

We introduced a standardised CyberArk managed service to the market to bridge the gap between our support and time and material services and our service desk takes care of efficiently running our clients' ongoing operations and hygiene tasks on a cost-efficient 12 months rolling contract.

Being responsible for client's critical security systems we saw the need to automate the certificate lifecycle management to prevent outages and started working with Venafi.

With the expansion of our team and services our CISO led our ISO 27001 certification with the aim to document and audit our information security standards.

Introduced our 24x7 support service with support locations in Germany, Switzerland, and the USA.

Our new CTO Jan-Patrick Vöhrs brought in IAM expertise and talent and one of our clients asked us to help them implement a global Sailpoint solution and this has set us on the path to build holistic identity security architectures for our customers.

We opened our Bremen office for our growing German client base and to hire local talent in Germany.

Recognising our clients' need not just to implement, but to efficiently run their key security solutions we became the first CyberArk managed service provider in Switzerland and now have multiple customers who trust us with running their privileged access security programme.

Demonstrating a strong commitment to the mission of securing our clients most privileged accounts we became the first partner to attain the highest CyberArk partner status and have retained it to this day.

Working with large corporate clients on CyberArk privileged access security implementations and on a CISO mandate the IT District leadership recognized the importance of continuous education and certifications in the context of a constantly evolving threat landscape.

IT District was founded as the first dedicated CyberArk value added reseller in Switzerland and we started working with some of Switzerland's largest corporates.
