Project Manager – Cybersecurity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex cybersecurity projects for enterprise clients across the DACH region. As a key member of our services team, you will coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams working across identity security, network security, and privileged access projects.

Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and oversee security implementation projects (CyberArk, SailPoint, Semperis, Silverfort, Infoblox, Venafi)
Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients throughout the engagement
Work closely with security engineers to track deliverables, manage risks, and ensure milestones are achieved
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, produce project documentation, and ensure timely reporting
Align technical teams and business stakeholders toward successful outcomes
Ensure project compliance with customer governance, change control, and security requirements
Identify and resolve issues quickly to maintain client satisfaction and trust
Required qualifications
4+ years of project management experience in cybersecurity or enterprise IT
Proven experience delivering multi-stakeholder projects involving identity or infrastructure security
Ability to work across cross-functional technical teams and manage matrixed resources
Familiarity with at least one or more of the following: CyberArk, SailPoint, Semperis, Silverfort, Infoblox, Venafi
Experience working with large enterprise clients in regulated sectors (finance, telecom, manufacturing, etc.)
Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master) is a plus
Fluent in German and English (both verbal and written)
