Senior Security Engineer - CyberArk

We are seeking a Senior Security Engineer with deep expertise in CyberArk solutions to join our growing team. You will design, implement, and support advanced identity security architectures for large enterprise clients. As a trusted advisor, you’ll guide CISOs and security teams through PAM maturity journeys, risk reduction strategies, and best practices for privileged access management.

Requirements
5+ years of experience with CyberArk (PAM, EPM, CP, or Secrets Manager)
Strong background in enterprise security architecture or infrastructure
Experience in enterprise client engagements and pre/post-sales support
CyberArk Sentry or Defender certification strongly preferred
Ability to lead technical workshops and build stakeholder trust
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience
Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
